ஆய்வுகள் சமய நன்னோக்கத்துடன், ஆக்கப்பூர்வமாக ஆய்வு நெறிகளைப் பின்பற்றி அமைய வேண்டும். அதன் மூலமாக ஆய்வு மேலும் உலகளாவிய ஆய்வாக உலகம் முழுமையும் கொண்டு செல்ல நமது ஆய்வுகள் முன்னோடியாக அமையும்படி இருக்க வேண்டும். பேராசிரியர்கள் மற்றும் முனைவர் பட்ட ஆய்வாளர்கள் மட்டுமே ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரைகள் அனுப்பலாம். ஆய்வு மாணவர்கள் நெறியாளரின் அனுமதியோடு ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரை அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.

 ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரை தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் எழுதலாம்.
 ஆய்வு மாணவர்கள் தங்களது முனைவர் பட்ட ஆய்வில் உள்ள ஆய்வுத் தலைப்பைச் சார்ந்தே கட்டுரை அமைக்க வேண்டும்.
 பேராசிரியர்கள் மேற்கண்ட ஆய்வுக்களங்களில் எந்த தலைப்பிலும் எழுதலாம்.
 ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரை ஏ4 தாளில் 12 அளவு, 1.5 இடைவெளியுடன் ஏரியல் யுனிகோடு (தமிழ்), டைம்ஸ் நியூரோமன் (ஆங்கிலம்) எழுத்துருவில் தட்டச்சு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
 ஆய்வுக்கட்டுரைகள் உலக தமிழாராய்ச்சி நிறுவனம் மற்றும் எம்எல்எ 8 முறைப்படி தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டும். இல்லையேல் நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.
 வாரணம் பன்னாட்டுச் சமய ஆய்விதழ் (மார்ச், ஜூன், செப்டம்பர், டிசம்பர்) ஆய்வுக் கட்டுரைகளை அந்ததந்த இதழ்களில் வெளியிடும்.
 தலைப்பு (Topic), சுருக்கம் (Abstract), திறவுச்சொற்கள் (Keywords) ஆகியவை தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
 பெயர், பணியிடம், மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி மற்றும் அலைபேசி எண் கட்டுரையில் கண்டிப்பாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
 ஆய்வு மாணவர்கள் நெறியாளரின் அனுமதிப்பத்திரம் மற்றும் அவர்களின் பெயர், பணியிட முகவரியுடன் கட்டுரையை அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
 ஆசிரியர்கள் தங்களின் ORCID (https://orcid.org/) எண்ணை வழங்க வேண்டும்.
 மேற்கோள்கள், நூல்கள், ஆய்விதழ்கள், இணையதள தகவல்கள் (அவசியமெனில் 1 அல்லது 2) ஆகியவை மேற்கோள் பட்டியலில் சேர்க்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
 மேற்கோள்கள் மட்டும் துணைநூல் பட்டியலில் சேர்க்கப்பட வேண்டும். அதில் நூலின் பெயர், ஆசிரியர் பெயர், பதிப்பகம், பதிப்பாண்டு ஆகியவை கட்டாயமாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
 துணைநூற்பட்டியல் தமிழ் மற்றும் ஆங்கிலத்தில், தமிழ் அகரவரிசை படி அமைக்க வேண்டும்.
 கட்டுரை வெளியிடும் முன் பதிப்புரிமை உறுதிமொழிப் படிவத்தில் கையொப்பம் பெறப்படும்.
 கட்டுரைகள் சக மதிப்பாய்வு (peer review) செயல்முறை அடிப்படையில் பரிசீலிக்கப்படும்.
 கட்டுரை ஆன்லைனில் வெளியிடப்படும் போது ISSN உடன் PDF வடிவத்தில் இணையதளத்தில் பதிவு செய்யப்படும்.
 ஒவ்வொரு ஆசிரியருக்கும் வெளியீட்டுச் சான்றிதழ் (e-certificate) வழங்கப்படும்.
 ஆய்விதழ் காலாண்டு இதழாக மார்ச், ஜூன், செப்டம்பர், டிசம்பர் மாதங்களில் வெளியிடப்படும்.
 கட்டணம்: இந்திய ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு ரூ. 1000, வெளிநாட்டு ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு US$ 50, இலங்கை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கு US$ 30. இவை பூரண வெளியீட்டு பணிக்காக மட்டுமே பெறப்படும்.
 தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட கட்டுரைகளுக்கே கட்டணம் வசூலிக்கப்படும். தேர்வின் முடிவு 1 வாரத்திற்குள் மின்னஞ்சலில் அறிவிக்கப்படும்.
 கட்டுரைகளை கணினி மூலம் தட்டச்சு செய்து vaaranamjournal@gmail.com முகவரிக்கு அனுப்ப வேண்டும்.
 கட்டுரையில் குறிப்பிடப்படும் கருத்துகளுக்குப் பிறகு ஆசிரியரே பொறுப்பு.
 வெளியிடப்படும் கட்டுரைகளின் பதிப்புரிமை கட்டுரையாளருக்கே உரியது.
 திறந்தநிலை அணுகல் முறையில் வாசகர்கள் கட்டுரைகளை நேர்மையாக தேட, வாசிக்க, தரவிறக்கம் செய்ய, நகல் எடுக்க மற்றும் இணைக்க அனுமதிக்கப்படுகின்றனர்.

Research should be conducted with a religious perspective and creatively following research principles. Through this, our research should be a pioneer in taking the research to the whole world as a global research. Only professors and doctoral researchers can send research papers. Research students should send research papers with the permission of the supervisor.  The research paper can be written in Tamil and English.  Research students should prepare an article based on the research topic in their doctoral research.  Professors can write on any topic in the above research fields.  The research paper should be typed on A4 paper with 12 point size, 1.5 spacing, Arial Unicode (Tamil), Times New Roman (English) font.  Research papers should be in MLA 8 format in Tamil and English (Research Ethics, World Tamil Research Institute). Otherwise, it will be rejected.  Varanam International Journal of Religious Studies (March, June, September, December) will publish research articles in their respective issues.  The research article title (Topic), research abstract (Abstract), and key words (Key words) must be in English and Tamil.  Name, work address, email address, and mobile number (Pulana Anum) must be included in the research article. Research students should submit their research articles on their respective research topics after obtaining permission from the supervisor. The supervisor's name and work address must also be included.  Authors should provide their ORCID (https://orcid.org/) number.  Researchers should ensure that the references they use, such as books, research journals, research articles, research papers, and website data (one or two can be included if necessary), are included in the reference list with the necessary citations.  Only the cited data should be included in the bibliography. The bibliography must include the author's name, publisher, publisher, and year of publication.  The bibliography must be in Tamil and English (in Tamil alphabetical order).  A copyright declaration form will be signed before publication of the research articles.  The research articles are subject to peer review.  If the research articles are online, they will be registered on the website in pdf format with ISSN. A publication certificate (e- certificate) will be issued to each author during the peer review process.  The journal will be published quarterly in March, June, September, and December.  The fee is Rs. 1000 for Indian authors and US $ 50 for foreigners, and US $ 30 for Sri Lankans. This fee is charged for journal work. It is not for commercial purposes.  Only articles selected for publication in the Varanam International Religious Journal will be charged. You will be informed within a week of your submission whether your article has been selected.  The research article should be typed and sent to the email address vaaranamjournal@gmail.com.  The authors of the research articles are responsible for the opinions expressed in the research articles.  The copyright of the article Published in the Vaaranam International Journal of Religious Studies belongs to the author.  Under the open access system, readers of the Vaaranam International Journal of Religious Studies are allowed to search, read, download, copy, and link to articles in a fair manner.
